@Flaky Obscura, Anata, and Chthe'ilst are some of my favorites. Blood Incantation, too. These all have vocals, but might be more palatable. Obscura and Blood Incantation in particular are well produced.

I didn't realize this but my clothing closet has the best sound recording quality. The clothing itself seems to work as a sound dampener.

A band I enjoy, Kauan, is from Ukraine but sings in Finnish. My understanding is that the vowel heavy nature of the language makes it lovely for singing.
