I have awareness of enough cultural shifts/tech changes from history to see this as a natural progression, and I don't mind being an ancient hobbyist either. I have been a hobbyist anyway. But perhaps human artists fighting AIs in laws will slow down or limit AI development... or make it friendlier...

with corporate interests/venture capitals backing AI tech, I wonder if "artists" will become a thing of hobby, or a thing of pre-productions in the future...

Interestingly... the artist community rejection towards AI sort of helped protect some future artists in training to continue their craft. The AI users and artist groups pretty much split into two major groups that do not interact much with one another. AI tech is still progressing like soaring rockets though, now branching into animation.

for the longest time my problem is motivation, I could not find a sustaining one. At least now the fear of me not being able to get into my true career of choice before getting too old to do anything will keep me moving.

My true enemy is aging, at least excerise can delay it and I have finally found a motivation I can keep.

It is really mentally exhausting when the child just want to choose the opposite from their usual for a day. >_>;; Normally yes to brushing teeth, all sudden changes her mind... It takes a lot to withhold impatience at the end of the day.

I am so wary of salesmen in entertainment industry trying to hook people up using hollywood dreams.
So many of those in media world. I want all my friends to never fall for these scams.

I can't wait to get back to my own production full swing. It's been such a fight for the 3 past years to just produce something with child care. I tend to be very motivated with opposition at least.

However there are only so much oil to burn before you notice your body just can't keep up with your will.

Opened a tutorial to godot engine because I need to decide what engine to use for my 2nd cante game series where I want more complex mechanics... open it... closed it. I think I need to study that on stream for sure to push myself to do it, like excerises. 😅
