@AlyAlyOutnFree I headed this off early on ay my employer. When HRC and NAACP issued their travel advisories I reached out to our full executive leadership team and told them not only would I not be traveling to Florida but that they needed to start thinking about asking others to travel there as well as how to protect our employees there.

I was actually very impressed with how they've handled it since, although I still have to explain to some folks why Florida is not an option for team meetings at this point.
