@sashk @ismh86 WatchOS 11 is definitely an issue. I have a new this year Ultra 2 black and I can only normally get 24-28 hours, no low power mode.

It’s kind of crazy that we’re already on iOS 18.1.1, yet the system still occasionally fails to update some app icons when switching between light and dark mode...

@anthonyvardiz @stephenrobles same here with Mastodon, X, and Instagram. Not getting on BlueSky and I only had Threads installed for a week. Lol.

Social networking sites are very polarized now. Mastodon is so liberal. X seems to be the most normal. It’s split. I have liberal follows and conservative follows as well as libertarians, where I reside.

So my iPad Mini 6 started crashing a lot lately. It is failing the software update to iOS 18.1 every time now and quickly reboots soon after it says it failed. It blinks a pink screen right before rebooting as well. Any ideas? I’m going to just try to erase and restore it.

@marcoarment Why do podcasts keep downloading when they first come out and then a little bit later I check the playlist and it’s gone. Nowhere to be seen. It will come back eventually but it’s just weird.

Trying this craziness and turning off battery percentage. Idk if I can handle it….but maybe the battery widget in “Today” will be sufficient. Time will tell!

@jarunmb sweet, I totally agree! I’m not well-versed either and just want to “take a picture”. It’s even more impressive IMO.

@jarunmb yeah, I wish I had my 3GS still. I believe that was the one phone I’ve ever shattered the screen on. And still sold it for a good bit of money on eBay.
