Has anyone heard of any GRS surgeons doing vaginoplasty on patients with a BMI over 40? I’m talking someone who is specifically specialized in doing the procedure for fat women. My therapist believes this should be possible, but I’ve never heard of anyone that does it.

@technomancy I got a really nice pair of embroidered joggers from my last job. I kept the pants, but spent the time to de-embroider the logo. It was painful and super annoying, but I don’t have to cringe when I wear the pants!
