@Nightshade well, first off you have Bookshops and Bonedust, by the same author.
I can't recommend enough The Healer's Road, by S.E. Robertson. We follow two healers in their assignement in a traveling company. It's cosy, reflective, lovely, the characters are complex and have flaws and they actually try to work on their flaws.

My go-to cosy fantasy recommendation is Non-Player Character, by Veo Corva. A bunch of queer fat autistic anxious characters play a tabletop game and get sucked into the game. I love that there's no big battles or epic adventures, it's just this group of friends.

Finally i want to recommend L Rowyn's books. Most of them are polyamorous romances in fantasy settings, and i almost forgot about that because i loved the settings in each one. I read three of her books: "You Thought You Wanted To be Level 99 But Really You Wanted to Become a Better Person" (yes that's a long title! it's about MMORPGs, I love it), then "The Princess, Her Dragon and Their Prince" (second book), and "Alien Peacelords" (third book).
