For all the issues I had today, this turned out to be the best turkey I have ever made 😃

Lots of issues with the smoker today. Took me a couple hours to get it running. I had a void or a clog in the auger but it’s rolling smoke now. Only 1:15 behind unless this 18lber finishes faster than expected…
