I'm forever amazed at banks that want you to attend a branch to do something – that point blank refuse to offer any other means of doing that something – yet still insist on only having their branches available & open between 9.30am and 4pm.

@nonspecialist I was probably closer to being a night-owl before I started working, but once I started working I pretty much pivoted to being a morning person. So that kind of suited me when I went into a job that was going to involve a lot of early morning starts.
