Just got my mouth scanned. I'll be picking up a special mouthguard on January 14th. If it works (fingers crossed) my sleep apnea will be mostly fixed within a couple weeks from then.

An old friend loaned me just enough to get my tooth taken care of, so I can get my next sleep apnea treatment. This might finally be over...

I've been trying to sleep for 2 hours, but I have the covid shot body stabbies

On the bright side, shortly after dozing off the first time, I woke up to a flood >w<

I'm gonna be honest...I've been struggling. Last month, a temporary crown came off one of my teeth, and I need to get an actual crown on it. That's ~$1300, and my insurance denied that, so...I've been putting it off, hoping it doesn't become abscessed again. I appealed that decision, but no dice.

Meanwhile...The CPAP has just been forcing air into my stomach, so I can't use it for my sleep apnea. I wake up suddenly, feeling like my stomach is about to burst. I've been falling asleep on the road profusely lately... It's been progressively getting worse the more that I work. My doctor wants to try a special mouth guard that will push my jaw forward while I sleep instead, but I will need to get the crown taken care of before they can take an accurate mold of my teeth.

And my insurance (Medicaid) expires on November 30th. I need to renew it, but I'm not sure if that will matter with the Medicaid cuts, come December.

This means that the primary way for me to finally kick this and get better can only happen if I gamble with my life, or ask for help. And I'm still looking for alternate work, but I've had no bites. Even if I find another job, it will pay less than Uber and I will still be playing catch-up with my bills for months before I'm finally able to pay for these things. I'm on month ~8 of just barely being able to pay my car payment before it's late enough for them to report it that way.

Please help me fix my life. Provided it works, even just getting the crown covered will mean that I can sleep normally by the end of the month. The appointments are scheduled, at least...I just don't have a way to make this happen on my own.
