@alexcox I really don't understand why so many people think that time needs to be “fixed”. People tend to get up and go to work when the sun comes up, and the sun comes up in California several hours later than it does in New York. Monkeying with timezones will never change that.

@benroethig I honestly hate them both. I want maximum screen real estate too but not with stupid crap intruding into whatever I’m trying to see on my screen. This is why I still use my M1 MacBook Pro with Touch Bar. There’s no notch in the screen,

@aleen I’ve already booted Google Maps from my devices over this. I’ll boot Apple Maps too if there’s a good 3rd party app that’s not participating in this nonsense.
