Xcode 15 beta 4 requires at least Ventura 13.4.1, in case you likewise had a slightly out-of-date Ventura install.

Just used an expedited review request and it took only 15 minutes for app review to approve the update 🤯

@sjs no kidding, I literally shredded the floppy cable trying to route it. Also I pressed F5 and the blue went away as promised, much easier on the eyes.
