@stevecrozz keeping everything up-to-date will helps with a lot of things:
1. Security updates easy to apply. You don’t need to fix code for new version. Just apply security update and deploy.
2. Upgrading rails much easy when you need to update to next major version.
3. New features mostly without pain of upgrading 100 gems.
@stevecrozz @riffraff you can configure dependabot to create PRs only with security updates
@headius BTW, I ask Why JRuby so unpopular?
I found this cute photo of me and @headius
And one strange man on background 😂
P.S.: 2018. Kyiv. Ukraine.
@stevecrozz you forget main part of announce: Errbit stil alive.
@stevecrozz Thank you!
I constantly see this in the logs:
```
Coverage report generated for RSpec to /home/runner/work/errbit/errbit/coverage.
Line Coverage: 91.83% (1764 / 1921)
log shifting failed. closed stream
log writing failed. closed stream
```
This is JRuby 9.4.12.0. And build fail. Fail and fail.
What to do with JRuby? Remove support from Errbit? Fix? How?
As new Errbit maintainer, I am happy to announce new Errbit release v0.10.0.
