New object type templates 📚
- Media - save time setting up object types with one unified Media object type, and a tag property for the media type.
- Trip - Centralize your travel planning in Capacities.
We’ve also added a how-to guide for each template to give you some ideas to get started.
Latest Open AI models 🤖
We’ve updated the AI Assistant to use the latest Open AI models. You can now choose between using their smarter GPT-4.1 model or the faster GPT-4.1 nano. Because of the new model’s pricing, you can now use the AI Assistant almost twice as much as before.
Exports will then run locally in the background, no access to the server is needed for the export. The app has to remain open for the export to run. ℹ️
After a lot of work and testing, it's time for another release! 🚀
We are introducing automated full exports, available for free for everyone! 📥
All your content will be exported to standard .md and media files, making your content versatile and always available to you!

You can create multiple automated exports in the "Full export" settings. Just choose the location, the spaces you want to be exported, and schedule you want. ✨

A lot of feedback we receive from our community is about performance so we’ve recently made some big improvements! ⚡
➡️ Large documents should feel much smoother, with faster typing, block operations, and overall responsiveness.
➡️ Tables got a speed boost too! Editing, resizing, and typing in simple tables is now much snappier.
➡️ Backlinks and tag pages are also quicker. We rebuilt the system for links and embedded views, so your dashboards load faster and feel more responsive.

You can now sync your calendar events to your Capacities calendar, and turn them into objects in just two clicks. ⚡
