Slotted screw, solder a washer into the slot.
Takes a few seconds per piece.

The opening of the ring-hole is 11mm for those M3 types. That might be to big for your application.
If tinkering is allowed, solder/braze/weld a washer to a screw. Then you have full control over sizes.

It is finally confirmed. The esoterics were right! Living things do have an aura!
It is actually biological ultraweak photon emission (UPE). Which is extremely low-intensity emission (10−103 photons cm−2 s−1) in the spectral range of 200−1000 nm.
The effect was known, but this paper shows methods to actually take pictures using electron-multiplying charge-coupled devices.
