An interesting scenario I have not seen before:
This Electrician needs a nailplate on their steel studs. Because they had an obstruction, they drilled their own holes in the steel stud, instead of using the premade holes. Besides structural concerns of field-drilling steel studs (see manufacturer instructions), I did readily find a suitable solution:
