@soapone It's difficult to say, I tend to work spontaneously. Rarity here is pretty much the same 'base model' as that blonde OC I posted on 19th July, but with incremental improvements in various parts.
Overall, I would say 3 - 5 months for this base model?
Second attempt at the face rig.
This time instead of using FaceIt, I'm using my own custom addon that's more streamlined towards cartoony faces.
I'll try to animate something with it soon.

@soapone Yes, the model was made by me. Unfortunately the hooves are smooth like in the show.
