I’ve been working pretty hard to develop a set of personal values, and I think I finally got a good v1.0:

“To love myself through self-care. To love others through selfless service. To find balance in both.”

Of all things, ChatGPT was really helpful in boiling down a pretty long statement into this one.

So has anyone else *actually* gone to the trouble of writing down their core personal values and/or a personal mission statement, a la Covey or Manson? Just curious.

My son in college texted me a question, so I responded with a screenshot answer from ChatGPT just so he has to live with the constant fear that I might be outsourcing my parental responsibilities to AI from this point forward.

A while ago I created an automation in iOS that would play a YouTube video when I snoozed my morning alarm. It never worked right and I forgot about it.

Apparently when I installed a new iOS and it set Safari as my default browser, the automation runs correctly. I discovered it this morning when I snoozed 😂.
