But to expect peak capitalism to rescue what is a public space seems deeply misguided. What concerns me most is that the community itself seems unable to have any serious or considered discussion on this issue. 3/
And yet, I find the most recent twists and turns to be disconcerting. To discover that powerful forces within our society seek to influence and subvert social media spaces is both disappointing and at the same time unsurprising. Yet I am thankful the discovery has been made. 2/
First up, I have found my experience of the Twitter community to be a wonderful one. On a range of issues, political and spiritual, I have found it to be a place of engagement which stimulates, challenges and stretches my thinking in positive ways. 1/
