Took it a little easy today. Did not push my AMRAP sets. I already got 8 reps at 95% of my training max for bench and squat earlier this week. No hockey tomorrow so taking the opportunity for a little extra rest and recovery this weekend.

Big family day. Jules and I drove to eastern Washington to see Patrick play in the PAC-8 hockey tournament. Then we head all the way back home after the gameto see opening night for Tony's new show "I'm Doing This"

Much better gym day today than I had Thursday. I did skip push accessory work - left shoulder feels a little wonky today so I didn't want to push it (ha ha). I did get 10 reps @ 90% training max of both squat and bench, which is pretty damn good

Ankle that I twisted on Sunday is much improved, but not quite ready to lift on yet. So I did all upper body today. I am squatting twice a week, so I figured I could skip one squat workout this week in favor of letting my ankle fully heal.
Poker Face, the new TV show from Rian Johnson, is awesome. I knew about the Knives Out sequels but this snuck up on me. I'm digging the old school aesthetic and the cast is out of this world
