Chasing waterfalls. My four year old refused to walk to the bigger, more impressive waterfall but we found this one instead. Maybe he was right.

I found this scene while exploring a local woodland. Heading back to the car I saw one last area that might be interesting, tired I couldn't decide whether it was worth the effort to take a look. I'm glad I did, this is probably one of my favourite images I've made recently.

Beyond - I took this image on one of those ‘I just need to get out of the house’ days. I went to a local nature reserve and didn’t really expect to find much. I spotted this composition while walking up a small hill and looking at the bank of trees opposite, I liked how the chaos of the branches created a veil over the trunks beyond.

Some nice light in the Peak District a few weeks ago. One of those days where you look at the forecast and think “that won’t happen” and then it actually does.

A recent image exploring a local #woodland. It was about -5c this day and the frost hung in the #trees. I was drawn to the lines of this craggy tree, that sort of looks to me like it’s dancing.
