@deanfx same here. I had three old keys that I couldn’t use because they didn’t work for some reason. What I did was buy two keys and activated both for myself and my wife. So we are each other’s spare key. Planning on getting one or two more to keep at home/work.

Some level of accessibility reporting really needs to be documented in the App Store: #Apple will warn you about whether apps work on various devices and operating systems, but a user with a visual disability just has to pony up their $3 or whatever before they can find out if an app even works for them at all.
