Article 40 of the DSA allows researchers to apply for access to data of online service providers. Some of these are already being rejected.
@dscheykopp, @ulrikeklinger, and me, the #DSA40Collaboratory, have just started the "DSA 40 Data Access Tracker" to collect pending, accepted and rejected applications.
