The season 3 finalé of #Industry is one of the greatest endings to a show I've ever seen.
I'm fearful that a fourth season may be a step too far and tarnish its legacy.
But as it stands, for its relentless pace and Emmy-level acting, Industry is one of the all-time greats.

I can't help but think that, if we want to ease the teacher recruitment crisis, then encourage existing teachers to stay. And it's not all about money.
