With a mostly free calendar today, it's time to make some Fediverse shifts.

I'm leaning heavily toward migrating from my current #Mastodon account (which is shuttering in a couple of weeks) to #Calckey (which federates and has some other features beyond Mastodon).

But I want to do it properly so that not just my followers are migrated, but my posts as well.

The migration doc I was going to follow is now 404'ing.Can someone #FediHelp me with a good link?

@nyaa The doc on moving from Mastodon to Calckey is 404'ing, and I can't find the path from the home page.

Hoping to do the migration *properly* to my Calckey instance, but am nervous as hell that I'll do it wrong.

I have once again reached Inbox Zero.

And though I'm no longer such as strong adherent to the philosophy, the sense of calm I feel looking at the blank page is quite real.

@MrF It's a mess, for sure. The good news is that podcasting is decentralized and there's an active community working to ensure that an expanded podcasting spec inhibits one company's ability to inflict existential harm to podcasting.

But now I'm pontificating again, and I retired from that!

Meh.

I don’t see these getting enough plays on YT (so YT can place video ads) to keep YTs interest for long.

Unless this YT are being methodical and executing the first steps in a larger strategy. History has me skeptical of that, but I won’t rule it out.

@endeavorance I have a wide-mouth 500ml bottle, where my wife has a smaller, sippy-top/nipple contraption on hers.

I prefer the wide-mouth, as the dribbles out the sides of my mouth remind me when it’s time to trim my facial hair.

We have also created a Chapter Builder that has been released in the Blubrry Publisher and a Chapter builder will be released in PowerPress next week.

Our biggest feedback was lack of Chapter Building support. This tool allows podcasters and their third party contributors to manage chapter files for a show.
