@colinstu Not really no! Though my blinds definitely let through a lot of light in general. Definitely don't need pitch-black to fall asleep either to be honest though it does help me fall asleep when I am not already all that tired.

@colinstu I couldn't think of anything to be honest! Just sort of happened at the end of April / start of May. Well, I guess there are perhaps two things I can think of: days are getting longer and it's pretty bright out by 7 am already (but last year I definitely had more trouble waking up on time even in the summer…); it has the benefit of being able to talk to my (now) partners from the US before they go to sleep, but I am not sure if that really is enough :gphn_lol_sweat:

I still want to know what happened for me to have started to consistently wake up around 6-7 am without being super tired or even needing an alarm to wake up. I used to need an alarm to wake up at 8 and even then I usually stayed half asleep until like 9 :gphn_lol_sweat:
