Never thought I'd buy another Mac, but the BestBuy deal was too good too pass on.
Hi! My name is Steven and I basically run a retirement home for ewaste at this point. I'm just an "obsolete" tech enthusiast that can't turn down free "trash." lol
Big fan of Mavicas and ThinkPads.

Go home Bambu Studio, you're drunk. π
Idk what happened but these numbers are ridiculous.

Well, that didn't go as planned.
Attempting a multi material print for the first time. My S10e needs a new case. I did the first layer in a dual color silk pla with hilbert curve for the bottom surface and the rest is in a clear tpu 95a. π€πΌ

@Vaneshi
Okay. Thanks! I ran about a half a spool of glow in the dark pla filament through this one but besides that it's been all PLA and PETG without additives. It was fine until it bent.
Made it 600 hours on the original nozzle in my P1S. How long do the Bambu stainless steel nozzles typically last? Should I be swapping more frequently? I'm only changing this one now because it got bent.

Godspeed, Mr. Wiggles. π«‘ Don't let me down. ππΌ
Such a satisfying fit. π« I love this printer so much. π
I printed myself a mug for Diet Coke cans. I just thought it looked funny and I wanted one but I am enjoying my cans having a handle more than I thought I would. This is actually peak π

It would be really nice if it were possible to use the AMS and the spool hook on the same print in Bambu Studio.
I want to be able to load the 4 main colors in the AMS and then just have the P1S pause like normal for a manual filament change for any color not in the AMS.

The Volcano is more than a party trick. It's also a hot air supply that comes in handy for blasting strings off of PLA prints, for heat shrink tubing, or for warming sections of PCBs to make desoldering easier. Such a great little device! π
These came out so good! Such a cute, easy to print model. π My cousins are gonna hate me. π

Just blew my dads mind when I told him the air compressor doesn't need to be plugged in to stay pressurized. The man was digging for like a 1/4 mile worth of extension cords...
just fill it and load it in your damn truck. π
@james I'm glad someone else liked it. :)
Super happy with my Framework laptop by the way!
The module system is great. I printed a snack drawer today! Now I can always take three peanuts with me!
Trash punk just makes my brain happy. I need noise to concentrate. Gotta block out my constant internal monologue... fuck that guy. lol

A baby milk snake came into the barn for a visit last night. I had to save him from the cat. We ended up hanging out for a couple hours until I lost him in the grass next to the barn. Here's some pictures I got of the little fella.
