Genau. Was ist z.B. der Ratschlag die eine Medizinstudentin in Spitalpraktikas von Assis dauernd hört: "Brich ab bevor du noch mehr Zeit investierst." Das ist keine Übertreibung, jedes mal wenn ich frage wies im neuen Spital läuft, höre ich das. Und ja der Widerspruch ist krass, und es ist nicht nur Sunk Cost Fallacy. Viele sagen dass sie die Tätigkeit immer noch lieben, aber wegen den Bedingungen niemandem empfehlen würden.
Und so als Massstab was "Teilzeit" hier bedeutet: 100% als Ärzt:in heisst 60h/Woche, damit ist 80% mit 48h mehr wie normale 100%, und 60% immer noch 36h (ja 50h wäre Regelzeit, aber die zulässige Überzeit ist praktische Regelzeit, mehr gibts natürlich auf Papier nicht...).
Argh, der Kommentar von mir ist mal wieder misplaziert, ich bin mir schon bewusst dass du das wohl weisst, aber das Thema bringt mich immer auf die Palme und das raustippen hilft xD

Don't get me wrong, I am not critizicing using patreon, I just personally don't care for the things it provides and would rather see more of the money I send end up in the foundations accounts. And I am hoping with a shop and patreon already in place, the main effort for organisation and payment services set up is done and thus adding another parallel method low-effort.
