Point is LLM might substitute and do some work for you, but not only it itself doesn’t experience growth through that, it is also actively taking the growth opportunity from the user.

I don’t feel like LLM accelerates learning. When studying physics by myself I was privileged to be in a group chat with people who hold PhD in the topics I had trouble with. When asking questions I would either get a then annoying reference list and links to papers/textbooks, or an immediate solution to my problem. Can you guess which one got me to better understanding?

I don't understand why anyone dissatisfied with Firefox right now would switch to Vivaldi, a browser built on top of Blink (Chromium) that's "proprietary freeware" and not foss. That doesn't seem like a good trade-in no matter how much Firefox is fucking up at present, and they really are fucking up a lot.

As with Trump this is borderline religious sect behavior, where truth has little significance and what matters is if you are in unison with the *current* position of the leadership, even if yesterday they were saying exactly the opposite thing to justify the atrocities.

Mozilla has a new CEO and he just announced that Firefox will evolve into a modern AI browser. This is a good example of how management doesn’t understand its own user base and why they go out of their way to install Firefox on Windows, Android, iOS and other devices.
