There are 6 studios in my duplex, my neighbors are a White Spaniard who is a plumber on his summer vacation, a Maldivian who is doing his Master’s in Chemical Engineering, a Korean who just obtained his Master’s in Computer Science, a Hispanic Mexican who is doing his Doctorate in Medicine, and a Black Nigerian professor who is teaching biochemistry. I have never met a single female who ever occupied the other apartments, I wonder why? Also, the rest of us found it hilarious that the only one amongst us without higher education is the only White European. Undereducated Whites always complain about immigrants taking their jobs, however the truth is they are either totally unqualified for those positions, or they are unwilling to accept low pay for menial work.
