@typographica Holy crap
My Klynok typeface has won a D&AD Awards Wood Pencil ❤️
30,000 submissions from 85 countries this year. The first-ever D&AD Pencil in the type design category for Ukraine. This victory means a lot to Ukrainian Cyrillic and to raising awareness about it worldwide. And it means a lot to me.
Grateful to everyone who guided, helped and supported me throughout this journey. @esadtype
I updated my website as an excuse to use Electric Blue from @fontspectrum and to announce that I'm available for freelance type design work.
If you're curious my portfolio is available upon request.
@xotypeco I switched to a Huion for a while but ditched it for another Wacom. Pricey but hard to beat the quality.
After many months (actually…a few years) of drawing, kerning, fiddling with bezier curves, making graphics, and building a website, I’m thrilled to say Big Fog Foundry is officially open!
Along with expansions to my typefaces Clearly and Gayot New, the foundry launch includes the release of my unicase chunker, Unie. It's a little freak and I'm excited to see what people do with it.

ICE are now targeting middle class European visitors (not even long term migrants!) on spurious grounds and locking them up in immigration detention..
Want to support Ukraine? Here are the two best ways.
https://savelife.in.ua/en/
https://u24.gov.ua/donate
For Ukrainians, donating is like having a morning coffee — every day, for three years straight. Even the last bit of money. Even €1. It matters. And yes, if we hadn’t been donating for WEAPONS, we would have been dead long ago. Donations allow us to buy weapons quickly instead of waiting months for foreign partners to deliver on their promises. FPV drones are one of the most needed now.
@klim You’re being generous
@aegir That is extremely relatable!
New project: I recreated Moses Harris’ prismatic and compound color wheels from The Natural System of Colours published in the eighteenth century and expanded them to dark versions.

@aegir At least I didn’t have to turn off “Learn from this app” for each one again.
@aegir The update turned it back on for me as well.
@typographica This is my favorite specimen book to just read.
@aegir Fun!
@aegir Well that explains a lot!
@aegir Oh gosh, what a thing to wake up to. Wishing you well. Glad they’re taking it seriously.
