Tracing primary rays for visibility buffer as a test (as I had the code around it hooked up already), something is bad with encoding of instance/primitive data

all rays miss, but it looks like they passes through the mesh in the AS when viewed in PIX

meshoptimizer 0.24 is out! Featuring new meshlet builder for raytracing workloads, improvements to cluster partitioning, new functions for reindexing, simplification, clustering and coverage computation, many internal improvements and, of course, VS2013 support!

Managed to get to room 46 in Blue Prince yesterday. Took me 31 in-game days, but I must say this has been one of the most interesting and captivating gaming experiences I've had in years.
Still so much to uncover as well.
