You make with the yuks, then you have Bart turn to Homer and say 'I love you' and people go 'Awwww', game over. Easy peasy." lol. Dunno if that's true but it sure was funny!

@eileenmnoonan Absolutely! In my opinion, a good comedy script has to hit all the same dramatic points AND it has to be funny. And I'm always fascinated by comedic actors (Bryan Cranston, Bob Odenkirk) who move so well into drama.

I did go back a little here and there, made some notes in the margins, (set this up in this scene) etc... For me, I need to get that armature up, then I can start sculpting the clay onto it layer after layer. Others take a piece of marble and start chipping away. In the end, we're all making art! 😊
