@soundclamp @fhardwig obviously that's the difference between the two platforms I named. I like newsletters, and you can view newsletters in the web platform. My hesitation is that I don't intend to be super regular about the frequency I write FAQs. And I feel like maybe the average substack reader wouldn't like that. I also don't know how popular it is outside the US. I think probably the people who are already familiar with me would be more interested in medium posts.
@charakterziffer Yeah, we don't have or want to have a blog on the darden studio website. but, even if we did, I want to post these FAQ as an individual, not in my Darden Studio role.
Hey all! Thanks for the quick membership approval. Quick question, I want to start publishing FAQs every time fonts make the news (and historical font news upon request). I'm drawn to substack because I just like the interface better than medium. but is that dumb? Medium seems to be more accommodating of infrequent publishing.
