I suspect layers afford greater ‘autonomy’ for teams and have the added benefit of creating obscurity from the rest of the organisation.

@heyfluxay That really sucks. I have phases where I get these so totally sympathise. Stress is a huge trigger for me and it looks like you are under quite a lot right now. I hope it passes soon.
