I love what this story did with Iden, who looks to be modeled on a Bajoran Vedic. The Bajorans we met in #StarTrekDS9 had freed themselves from the Cardassians after fighting a lengthy insurgency, which is exactly what Iden does to the Hirogen, and anyone else he finds with holographic workers, acting as their "spiritual" inspirational leader. 😆

The cool part about this 2-parter is that, because the Hirogen created holograms based on the civilizations in the Alpha Quadrant, it gave the story an excuse to include characters from all of the different races from the TNG era shows. 😎
