I'm living proof that even chaos monkeys (👋🏻) can crave structure and process over time.

I'm moving into a product operations management role after enough time as a PM and witnessing firsthand how platforms and products suffer without collaborative alignment.

To ensure I maintain my own authenticity in this endeavor, my goal is to introduce any process with enough autonomy in the mix to avoid handing the same tools (or frameworks) to teams.
