Bit clever using COVID pandemic footage at the beginning to suggest global zombie epidemic, although did it really need to give credit to the world leaders? And then 5 minutes of opening credits that dragged on forever. Kind of went downhill from there. 🧟‍♀️

#Volition James can see future. He sees his death, tries to change it. Gets twisty once time travel results in multi-James. Interesting ideas but slow to get moving. Own internal logic doesn’t hold up. Ending paradoxical. Liked how story changes as other elements interfere. 💎💉

Not sure why people are beating up on #Picard for nostalgia. The whole reason we kept coming back was hope that we’d get the relationships sparking again. It’s the whole reason the original movies were so good. We were there for that crew. So I’m totally here for Picard getting the band back together.

Also why are the bridges getting progressively darker? Everything is so dark now. Has the Federation got an energy saving policy now? 💡

#PicardS3 so far is exactly what I wanted from this show. A continuation with the TNG family. Loving the classic music and the nods to a more nautical Starfleet. Riker and Picard road trip buddy’s vibe. Bev’s mystery and kicking ass. Can’t wait for the rest of them to show up.
