Right-Wing party in a debate about the Swiss army: We're so badass, we could win any war single-handedly, debate done!
Swiss Software Engineer #Anarchism (If you want to know more just ask, I guess)
Does not and will not work for big tech.
I like contrasts and contradictions.
Profile picture (if anyone finds this useful let me know, it would make me happy): Me with a neckbeard looking mildly surprised. Also seemingly dropping a cigarette from my mouth in surprise.

Hey, I have a question for any wikipedia folks.
There's a person who is falsely represented - and I suspect, though can't prove, that he is falsely representing himself - on Wikipedia. First of all, I don't know that he meets the criteria of notability to have his own page. But that aside, the page (and his website) claim he is employed by a university which has never employed him.
Is there any way for me to report this (with evidence) without getting dragged into becoming a Wikipedia editor?
You know, I've never even considered using Uber Eats, considering the AI ads I certainly never will.
Hey cool, the first Swiss-German guy was drafted in the NBA, first round no-less!😂
Guess my unexplainable charisma somehow got me through that, I'm going to wait a bit until I pop the champagne, in case there is some more approval that's outside the software we use (recently changed, so they might never have done it in there)
"Working for a University is competitive, because it involves code and we work with Universities sometimes."
Somehow I fucking doubt the linguistics department wants to hire a private, very expensive company.
Experiencing first-hand why Unions are necessary for Tech-Workers as well.
I do have some room to negotiate in several points, it being a 15m meeting does stress me out though.
I fucking hate when someone from upper-management answers a request with a meeting the next day just saying "Can we talk about your request?"
Do you want me fucking stressed and tired when I go to that "talk", because I will have a really hard time sleeping tonight.
Did I internalize "Sorry Cop" in Disco Elysium immediately both times I played it?
Absolutely, and I'm proud of it😂
@benda Sorry for my answers getting longer, that has always been an annoying habbit of mine, I'm not trying to filibuster you, it would just feel like I'm insulting you, if I didn't engage fully with your points.
@benda Sorry for being later than I thought, I'm having a pretty stressful time lately.
I disagree with the judgement thing, while we obviously don't have full context for Iran's circumstances, I still think we should always challenge and judge power as much as possible to try and always push humanity further towards harmonious living and aiding each other, no matter where they live.
The sanctions point is fair, but I think counting on Oil for Iran's economy was a bad move, which could have been in my opinion at least partly caused by the religious influence, if you want I can elaborate.
Finally, the article (because of the sanctions I'il take it not being recent): It does seem like a mixed bag (I tried my best to ignore the neolib bullshit, but please correct me if some slipped in), while the poverty rates have developed positively, I do think the inequality they mentioned between ages (in employment) and sexes (hopefully don't have to elaborate) is a bad indicator for future development (not just economically, but also in society), so more nouanced than I was, my bad.
Also, is the poverty rate indicator static? I feel like that should be adjusted over time.
The last paragraph I just agree with.
It is very funny, how Swiss News talks about Trump like he's a giant Baby litterally every time (except some people like the US reporter in Washington)😂
They answered, they thanked me for following the program, said they will forward my complaint to the editorial office, and asked me to continue watching😂
That will probably the end of the story.
