She's broken her own world record twice. 79 mph fastball! Her 60mph change up is many other pitcher's fastball. The shorter (than baseball) mound to plate distance means, basically, batter has to decide to swing before she's let go of the ball. Reaction time is too slow. Equivalent to like 115 mph baseball fastpitch or something crazy like that.
British "slapper" and NCAA fastpitch softball "slapper" are very different things.
