@HippieScubaSteve I wasn't interested when it was announced, but once I saw the trailers I was all in.

"This is a case where I like both versions of a series."
Same, this and "The Office". In both cases, I saw the UK version first and was unsure about watching the American version, but ended up enjoying both because they were adapted well and differed enough to be interesting.
@5ciFiGirl @WhombeX @Still_Nimmy @inarticulatequilter I watched the original UK version first and loved it. Both series are great, but they have enough differences to be their own thing.
@kurtsh I've been blocking everything for so long, I can't even remember when I last saw the raw internet. I do remember there being constant pop-ups and flashing banners, which I don't miss at all. I'm always shocked when I find out someone doesn't use any extensions.
@kurtsh I have half a dozen ad-blocking and anti-tracking extensions, and shudder to think what my internet experience would be like without them.
@Edmonds_Scanner I'm in this post and I don't like it.
@RamenCatholic Smart!
In last night's dream, Ahsoka (live action version) was taking care of a bunch of Pokémon/Ghibli-type creatures. There was an adorable little creature that looked like the Chibi Totoro, and a large, oblong-shaped one with white fur, gentle and very slow-moving, that I wanted to hug.
@donutage @Edmonds_Scanner I look forward to finding out which creature is hidden within. I strongly suspect it's a raccoon.
@kurtsh @jovikowi I'm a huge "How to Train Your Dragon" fan. Toothless is my favourite dragon. I'd love to visit Berk and play with the animatronic Toothless, and totally would if I got the chance (though not right now, of course, with everything that's going on in the States). That video is excellent promotion for the park.
