Drush 13.3.0 introduced a change to the way it works (for performance reasons) with xDebug - it is disabled by default. To debug Drush commands, the --xdebug flag must be passed. For example:

drush --xdebug migrate-import my_migration

🎉 Xdebug 3.4.0 is out!

:elephpant: It mainly adds support for PHP 8.4.

📶 A new feature makes it possible to tell Xdebug to ignore PHP requests for debugging, if the XDEBUG_IGNORE parameter is set.
