I'm afraid I'll need to switch instances. My connection to my current instance, mstdn.social, is getting throttled. I've tried a lot of things, hoping to resolve the issue. I've also reached out to my admin and learned that everything seems okay from their end. I believe this issue to location-related (my ISPs here seems to have blocked the access). Perhaps something went amiss when my instance had its recent IP/domain issues.

@ningkee You still having trouble accessing mstdn.social? Coz I am. I had to reboot our router just to get back in. I still can't access it using my mobile data. 😭
It seems like it. I just had to reboot my router for the third time today so I can gain access again. 😭
@stux 😭 Maybe my location has something to do with it? I'm in SE Asia. (Though I am so glad it's working fine now, so far. Using WiFi and browser on my mobile. But still no access when I switch to mobile data, which is so odd.)

I'm in SE Asia, so I'm assuming my location also has something to do with it. Saw a post from Finland saying they also can't access the server as of Dec. 1. 😢
Hello @stux! Had issues on both mobile and desktop the other day, but mostly on mobile the past day or so (since I didn't use my laptop). The issue also persists via Megalodon and web browser. Rebooting my router seems to resolve it sometimes, but using my mobile data hasn't worked since Friday. 😭
@BrianJohnson Still waiting for a reply from @stux. I saw his post about IP and domain issues last Dec. 1. I just want to make sure if the issue I've encountered is related to that and not a problem with my ISP.
My instance, mstdn.social, is still wonky. I haven't been able to access it since last Saturday night and the whole of Sunday. Logging in via WiFi or mobile data has consistently failed. Am actually surprised to be able to gain access now (via WiFi; mobile data is still nada). I often get an error related to privacy or that the server takes too long to respond. Am I the only one experiencing this? 😭

@brenthinks I suppose if you're willing to get locked into the Apple ecosystem, then you can switch to an iPhone. But it ultimately depends on what you want out of your new phone.
The odd thing is, using my data connection still returns the same privacy error notice. Hmmm...
Huh. Could not access mstdn.social for a couple of hours due to privacy error (getting the "Your connection is not private" notice). Accessing it via Megalodon and Tusky didn't work either. Decided to reboot our router, and now things are back to normal. Whew!
@luthien1126 May I suggest Alt Manila... I have all their bags. I'm obsessed. Multi-way and water repellent! I'm using Sydney in the pics. The Lisbon small bag is really really good but it got sold out.
