I checked my order status again on Monday and saw no change, so I emailed them again, demanding a refund or I would ask my bank to get it for me on the basis of a fraudulent charge.
Suddenly, my order is filled and delivered within three business days, but with no email response or change to the order status.
Zero out of nine, avoid Teespring entirely.
Do not use Teespring.
Their website guarantees delivery of an order within ten business days. By business day thirty two and multiple email inquiries, I decided to search online if my experience was an anomaly. Instead, I found countless stories of buyers getting wildly inconsistent explanations for their orders never materializing for months, and designers not being paid for their work, likewise for months.
@codinginquarantine Fashion.
@codinginquarantine Is there an audible equivalent? I get the same vibe from WIR (especially the 12 PM version).
@codinginquarantine Is it the evocation of a ‘liminal space’ aesthetic?
@codinginquarantine I await the tiebreaker.
@codinginquarantine Third option: the decade you lived in the longest before age 10 (rounding up).
@codinginquarantine You should be mad at capitalism regardless of whether you want to play Bioshock.

just got word of this. idk all the details but i just did this and the toggle is in fact there and on by default. psa
EDIT: a couple clarifications
1. this is apparently news from a couple years back, like 2020
2. only eshop data is sent to google, and it's anonymized. fuck sending any data to google tho lol
3. the toggle is not appearing for some people. best guess seems to be that it's a gdpr thing
However, I didn't want to simply throw away the previous phone. It functions perfectly fine aside from my dislike of its size. Instead, I got a Bluetooth game controller (from 8BitDo) which clamps onto the phone and turns it into an Android equivalent of a PSP or Switch. I hadn't touched the phone in two weeks by the time the controller showed up, and had already forgotten how absurdly, uncomfortably huge it is. But it works fantastically as a ‘portable console’ display.
I have always hated how large smartphones are getting. I recently switched to a newer, sub-6" phone, one of only about five top-tier available (and only one of three which are Android). The new phone is so much more comfortable in my hand and in my pocket. It's ridiculous the tech industry thinks phablets should be the only option, and they keep getting bigger.
@codinginquarantine What about stopmation?
@codinginquarantine Does honey work?
Despite the hype, past research found no clear link between AI adoption and long-term productivity gains. Now a new report from confirms it: no solid evidence that AI drives short-term productivity growth either. https://dais.ca/reports/waiting-for-takeoff/
