Hi! I'm not dead (yet), sorry for being missing so long.

I can't remember if I already said here that I had an accident that got my little finger of my drawing hand badly broken just right before Christmas.
It really was a Nightmare Before Christmas (pun intended).

I had wires in my hand (very uncomfortable), a few months of physio to help recover most of the movement and strength, and after that, they said that they can't help me much more, but they recommended me some exercises and a device to help me out. It's still not recovered, but since I was able to hold a pen, I had to try how I can do art, so I decided to edit one of my latest "pencil" art to do it more "digitally finished". Not gonna lie: it took me months. I can't do long drawing sessions. It cramps my finger, making the finger and even the knuckles of the next finger painful.

They really said that it could take a full year to recover all the movement it can get.

@eonity I know the struggle, so I can only tell you what works for me at the moment. Sure some days I feel like crap or useless but I push myself on thinking that what I did, I did it with my best intentions put onto it, so if it failed, who else did try? If the answer is nobody, you can't blame yourself for not being able to succeed, so won't let others blame you for the outcome.

@carl As I always say: KDE is for evil-doers! My best example is the E-Corp boss on Mr. Robot, on his debut in the show, tells Elliot that "he's one like him, he uses Linux too with KDE Desktop" /joking

@eonity I do feel like that every now and often. I try my best, most of the time I do well, some other times I can't do any good, but always blamed for the times I made a mistake, and never praised when I did good. I'm usually kind, never desired bad for anyone, but in the end I'm always getting deceived, cheated on, fooled, beaten up... So many times I got sick of being the good one, that I tried to be an asshole. And soon after I feel really bad from my guts.

Take this with a pinch of salt, but you do you: Be proud of yourself when you meant to do good, and ignore it when they put the blame on you when you did something with the best intentions but failed. At the end of the day, if they feel they don't owe you anything for your help, you don't owe them anything either.
