@lisa_b_davidson Definitely true! I've only written letters for students who have also worked with me as an RA, done summer research, or collaborated otherwise, so I usually do have a lot to say!

My first post here! Honestly, every year I feel insecure about how long letters of recommendation should be. So colleagues, help me out...for Master's/PhD programs, how long are your positive letters of rec? Do you think less of a candidate if you see a good letter that's only one page long?
