This decision from the Judge for my civil lawsuit is huge, & a game-changer for me, in that now Apple actually has to participate in discovery ASAP or a Judge can sanction them, & the Judge will be reviewing Apple's work so Apple has to stop bullsh*tting.

It's probably the difference between me surviving this lawsuit and not surviving it - so I am very relieved and excited.

But now this weekend I'm working on my opposition to Apple's 2 latest motions + preparing for discovery... 💀 💤 🙃 📖

When people question my decision to single-handedly take on Apple Computer:

The US Judge in my civil case just issued an order assigning a Magistrate Judge to oversee discovery. It sounds like the discovery Judge will also project manage us.

Now Apple will have to actually participate, & will have to stop stonewalling.
