@pointfreeco It was excellent. Very impressive tech and you two are skilled communicators.
The syncing was my favourite part. It’s always been something I wish GRDB did, and now…it does!

@pointfreeco Fantastic stuff, folks. You should be proud of this work, it’s exceptional 😁
@emorydunn That’s genius! A really succinct way of putting it 😂
@emorydunn Classic 😂
@mikaelacaron Hello from 8 years in the past!!
@pointfreeco Nice! You folks are doing brilliant work with this stuff.
Can someone advise which version of the Switch 2 I should buy please?
@daniel Glad to hear she’s improving 😀
@feli MJ the musical was phenomenal.
@danielsaidi Beautiful picture.
@pointfreeco Yeah, I agree with that.
For example, I love SwiftUI because it hides lots of complexity for me.
There are loads of tools and we should use the ones we like 😁
Very much looking forward to your livestream 👍
@leewalton Yeah! I love my Shokz.
Also, this is not me dunking on the other tech. I am super interested in what @pointfreeco are doing because it looks awesome.
SwiftData appears to be hiding data access so much that it doesn’t currently interest me.
The takeaway from watching some stuff about SwiftData/SharingGRDB queries is that SQL is a lovely, simple, easily understood language. And query stuff in Swift is…not 😂
Note: I have 20+ years SQL experience and about 20+ minutes SwiftData/SharingGRDB, so I might be biased.
What's new in SwiftUI for iOS 26? I'm glad you asked! https://www.hackingwithswift.com/articles/278/whats-new-in-swiftui-for-ios-26
@kern So sorry to hear this.

@klemensstrasser Congrats! 🥳
⭐️ I have finally published the source repository for Coppice, @pilky's mind-mapping app, as per his final wishes.
It is provided as-is, without a license, to help prospective #AppKit developers learn from a longtime Mac developer who really sweated the details, and always went out of his way to provide help to people who needed it.
