@m0xEE Thanks for reminding me that I currently store a lot of precious data across one 4TB enterprise SSD with no backups/RAIDs/"any other means of mirrors" and on a 4TB WD Red Plus that still seems to be fine.

I have to figure out a proper setup finally.

the beefiest powerpc nt system in the west?

still plenty of things to figure out:

• after setup, i get bugchecks in cdfs.sys specifically when winlogon/etc comes up, so far only renaming it out the way allowed the system to boot
• iossdmc.sys reads and writes both need to use CPU0 exclusively otherwise i get bugchecks during the endian swap memcpy
• haven’t tried usb mass storage yet, expecting more of the same there

As for aliendalvik... that one not so much right now. There are some problems with it crashing around surfaceflinger that I don't know how to fix.
