Meta's claim that they have a legitimate interest in using user data to train their simulated intelligence is ridiculous!

Once the data is fed into their LLM, exercising data subject rights such as access or deletion becomes impossible. Depriving millions of people of their rights cannot be legitimate. Period.

Makes me wonder whether Meta's data protection officers are actually part of the marketing department.
