@Setok I'm not sure I would trust anything that Kenshi George came up with. There is a lot of ridiculous in that video.

@Setok My suspicion is that the chiburi in Nishio Sensei's iai is his own development. I've never seen anything that resembles it.

@Setok That move in Muso Shinden Ryu's Gyakuto is not a chiburi or a part of any zanshin. It's a finishing kill. If you look at the same kata from Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu (Tsuki Komi, they don't do the final thrust, but just place the sword on their knee before the noto.
